This was a harder challenge than I thought, but here are the five on which I decided:
M go blue Chevy Bow Tie Smokey Bear Divided Hwy Dr./Dental Surg.

CREDITS:
All original photos from morguefile.com except #1, which came from one of our cherished family photos.
I made alterations to each photo, with permission, but not so as to lose the theme of this challenge.
My dad was a DDS (doctor of dental surgery) who trained at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry; he's been gone for three years, so #1 and #5 are tributes to him. (He was self-employed with 4 staff members, but he still let people pay with farm goods or over time if they couldn't afford the dollar amount. He was also the only dentist in the area who took Medicaid and Welfare--out of approximately five of them.)
MY ONLY REQUESTS:
1. Please right click and download each image to your computer, then upload to your image storage of choice. (I recommend Cloudinary.com, as you get oodles of storage for free and you can organize the way Photobucket allows!)
2. Please credit
nondenomicon ( < user name="nondenomicon" > without spaces inside the carats) in your userpic keywords when you use my icons. If you use them on any other journal site, please put "@DW" after this journal's username. You may call the icons whatever you like other than that. I work very hard on these, believe it or not. Needless to say, crediting any artist is the right thing to do. Please do. Thanks bunches!
3. IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR SOME STOCK ICONS: You are free to modify icons 2-4 and then claim them as your own work, as long as you credit me as a source in your icon post.
4. Leaving constructive criticism, good or bad, is always appreciated! I'm kind of an intermediate with the graphics program I use at this point, but I could always use pointers from people who are better than I!
